Graduating from the Queensland University of Technology (Australia) in 1997, Matt Reynolds has contributed to internationally significant projects in the sports, entertainment and transport sectors, but it is his passion for flexible, multi-functional, crafted spaces that led him to launch his practice, mattr.studio, in 2008.

It is from this studio that Matt has designed and renovated (with his own hands) his award-winning residential projects FIVE157 & beâCHâlet - both apartment renovations focused on squeezing as much use out of every square millimetre. 

Matt continues to operate at both the international, larger scale of architecture, as well as creating piles of sawdust on more intimate projects.
